Background

Originally liberated at a young age from slavery in one of a series of Defiant raids on Amarrian trade routes.

After being raised in the Gallente Federation, he made his way to the Republic. He was imprisoned in a Republic Justice Department facility soon after his arrival.

He disappears from public records after his imprisonment for over 20 years, up to his enrollment in the Republic's capsuleer programme.

Early Capsuleer Career

Sponsored into the Republic Military School by the government of the time. He is reported by staff to have been a high quality student, scoring high in both academic areas and capsuleer aptitude tests. After leaving the RMS he worked as a security contractor for the Brutor tribe before signing on with the Murientor Tribe and the Tribal Liberation Force. He participated in training defensive operations against the 24th Imperial Crusade and the State Protectorate.

Left the MURIE for reasons unknown, but subsequently joined Protocol Dark, which worked in conjunction with the Arek'Jaalan under CEO Alessandra Karris. This was somewhat shortlived however, as Karris died of unknown cause in early YC113 and her death was left relatively uninvestigated. Details of Protocol Dark's links with the former CEO Nikilaiki Ruutarhara and her research have never been disclosed.

Makari disbanded the corporation soon after Karris' death. He then opened a small security firm and resumed contract work for the Brutor Tribe and others. After a few months, he disbanded the comapny and enlisted in The Synenose Accord.

The Synenose Accord

After some months in the Accord, Makari was allowed into the SYNE Intel Team as a Special Investigative officer. His duites as a part of the team are unknown. He has played a proactive part in the organisation of the 3rd Seyllin Conference. In late March YC114, Makari was promoted into the SYNE Directorate as Director of Public Relations by the new CEO, Dr Ninavask Revan.

Political Positions

Known to be (or at least has been) a strong supporter of a "Seven Tribe Republic", and an outspoken critic of slavery. Prior to is involvement in the war aganst Sansha's Nation, he could best be described as a Midularite in domestic policy, and a Shakorite in foreign policy. Has been quiet as of late, however, on most topics concerning contentious issues relating to the four empires, and often urges co-operation in Sansha related matters.
