Biography

Born on the planet Myyhera IV in the slave colony Arbados, owned by a minor Amarr holder at the time of her birth. Having been slaves for generations, her parents were hardworking people who still managed to show lots of love for their seven children of which Myyona was the second last to be born.

Life in Abados were little different from many other backwater colonies around the New Eden star cluster. Being a hospitable world, Myyhera IV had good living conditions for both people and crops and the Amarr holder tend and cared for his slaves which then again tend and cared for his property.

On an fateful day, when Myyona had reached the age of nine, a small group a pirates landed near Arbados and managed to kidnap a small number of people, Myyona included, before the holders security personal had a chance to act and chase the pirates off the planet. Myyona was shortly after sold to a Caldari businessman.

Showing potential as a podpilot, she was sent to the Republic University to receive pod flight education. Very happy about being a part of the Republic, but as a strong supporter of the politics proposed by the former Minmatar Prime Minister Karin Midular she left to travel on her own when, what she considers, the agressive political wing got into power and the Republic turned into a state of regression.

For a long period of time she joined the Thukkers and gained a lot of experience from them. Particularly on how to survive on your own in the depths of hostile space. But unlike most Thukkers she showed positive interest in the work of the Sisters of EVE especially in regard to development of medicine and drugs. This lead to the creation of the Ataraxia Pharmacies corporation which provides healthcare solutions for both podpilots and the common population.

Myyona holds no particular allignment with any of the major power blocks in New Eden wether it be capsuleer or non-capsuleer controlled. Her focus is on the needs of the common man, believing strongly in the philosphy of "with great power comes great responsibility". As such, she tend to show little care for the accomplishments of capsuleers when these are made for the benefit of themselves only, but applauds initiatives that lead to progress and prosperity for all mankind.

Arek'Jaalan Contributions

As an avid researcher into ancient civilizations and their lost technologies, Myyona has found herself right at home with the focus of this research group and has taken the positions as lead researcher and archivist in the Ancient Races division of the group. Though being suspicious about the motivations for other capsuleers to participate she acknowledge the benefits of being a member of a scientific community brings. She completely rejects the idea that the members of Arek'Jaalan should be anything else than a group of scientific equals sharing ideas on certain topics. The sentence that there is a shared political agenda or some kind of upper leadership giving orders that must be followed, are ideas among people ignorant to scientific methods, she believes.
