Midnight Enterprises is a capsuleer corporation within the Gallente Federation. The corporation's goal is to provide entrepeneurs with the needed knowledge and resources for running their business. The industrial and financial backbone for this is provided by Midnight's CEO, Horoc'h Ryydell, who is one of the leading figures within the corporation.

Midnight Enterprises closely works together with some of the finest Gallente corporations, including Duvolle Laboratories, Roden Shipyards and Chemal Tech. Ties to several corporations within the Minmatar Republic are rumoured, but have never been proven.

Overview

Midnight Enterprises is an industrial corporation within the Midnight Space Syndicate. Midnight Enterprises provides spaceships and spaceship equipment for the capsuleer market, mainly within the Sinq Lasion region.


Midnight Industry

Midnight Enterprises is capable of building any T1 ship up to battlecruisers for market competive prices. Many T2 ship, up to command ships, are part of the Midnight portfolio as well.

Midnight Enterprises normally builds for the open market, but enquiries for orders are welcome

Midnight Education

Next to the industrial part of Midnight Enterprises there is the educative side of the corporation. New members will be educated to optimize their capsuleer life, both socially as industrially.


Employment

Midnight Enterprises hires capsuleers from a multitude of backgrounds, even the most junior of capsuleers. Due to the nature of the corporation promotions are not made easily. Employees are encouraged to join an existing subsidiary or set-up a new venture instead.

Intern

Directly after joining Midnight Enterprises, the intern level is given. This gives access to the general equipment hangar, where you can find some nice modules.

Employee

When all screening is finished, the employee status is given. This is the main role for capsuleers within Midnight Enterprises and gives access to both the general equipment hangar and the fleet hangar. Additional access is given on request, which can include access to corporate research facilities or corporate blueprints.

Executive

Midnight Enterprises does not, under normal circumstances, offer executive positions, as these positions can be attained by starting up a new venture or joining an existing one.

New Ventures

Any employee looking for ways to grow, financially or otherwise, is encouraged to stay within the Midnight corporate family by starting a new venture or joining an existing one. Midnight Enterprises can help those new ventures, both financially and with knowledge.


History

Founding of Midnight Enterprises

Back in january YC109 Midnight Enterprises was founded by a small group of capsuleers, then all part of Templar Securities and Holdings (TSECH). Within a few months the executive board was changed several times, finally resulting in the current Board of two, Horoc'h Ryydell and Angel Akroma.

Alternative Realities Alliance

Hunger for new oppertunities and an enthousiatic alliance senate lead to the first Alliance politics for Midnight Enterprises. Early april YC110 the corporation joined the Alternative Realities industrial alliance. Flying in Providence brought the corporation new insights, but late november YC110 the corporation returned to Gallente Federation space after a call for navy pilots.

Midnight Space Syndicate

With the founding of Midnight Sentinels, Midnight Enterprises roaming division, the need for an overall organization larger then Midnight Enterprises was needed. This resulted in the founding of the Midnight Space Syndicate, a mega corperation in which Midnight employees are given the oppertunity to pursue their goals.
