Born in orbit of Matigu (New Caldari Prime) at the Poksu Mineral Group Mineral Reserve to, as of yet, un-named parents, Meklon was one of the few natural born children in the Caldari State. Records on his child hood are sketchy, but his military records from his time in the State War Academy show he was adept at matters of war, specialising in field research as part of a Special Op's unit.

He recieved his pod interface training through the same unit, and upon graduating, was quickly enrolled into the State War's pod pilot unit.
