What is an auditor? It is a person that checks out your character's alts, market history, skills (through a full API key) and forum-posts to verify that you aren't lying and that you have included all the facts about your IPO or bond. Most investors think an audit is a mandatory step before they will invest, so it is advised to have an audit performed (preferably before posting your investment opportunity).
