Background

Kurth Ren is the founder and ex-CEO of Broski Enterprises, a perpetually dying corporation created from the members of the /v/ video game image board on 4chan.org. He's a doomsayer and a looser. His downfall came from a Geminate campaign in which, against the advisement of his directors, he told the members of Broski to stand their ground against an Ad Astra fleet including a titan and several caps. Since Broski is known for flying rifters and cruisers 420 errday, this was never an option. Kurth gave up his role as CEO soon after, but not before many older Broski members split off into another corp which is now dead, since they were always station camped in Venal and logged off quite frequently to play HoN and WoW.

Back in the ye olde days Kurth Ren read a fanfic of some kind on Ventrillo. This was recorded, against his knowledge, and replayed several times afterwards. This is also the origin of his title "It's action time!". At a later date '(in)' was added infront of 'action', pointing out his inactivity.

Broski Enterprises

In early 2009 Kurth Ren formed the Broski Enterprises corporation. While there is little known about him before this time, rumor goes he became the CEO after a staw draw. A group of people wanted to form the corporation, but nobody stepped forward as the founder. This would explain his total lack of leadership skills.

Kurth Ren is also known for his distrust in the Broski Enterprises members, including its directors. After being asked his mobile phone number he has commented with lines such as "I don't trust you guys" and "I don't trust the directors either." Another famous line is "This is not a democracy."

Offline

Kurth is well known for logging out in the middle of serious conversations about corporation direction, as well as fleet ops. One such excuse included "I had to do something outside because it was snowing", which led to the phrase "Kurth's making snowmen."

Most notable times when Kurth Ren wasn't online, and his CEO powers were needed, include but are not limited to;

  • Broski Enterprises joining its first alliance, The Council..
  • Broski Enterprises joining The Council. again, after being kicked.
  • Broski Enterprises joining Avarice. after "having left" The Council..
  • Broski Enterprises joining Mostly Harmless during the merge of Avarice. into MH.
  • Broski Enterprises working with coalition forces in Geminate at the launch of Dominion.

During these times bros were raging in corpchat, shouting "WHERE IS KURTH" and "SOMEBODY CALL HIM ON HIS CELL".

As this list also suggest, Kurth Ren is only needed whenever the corporation switches Alliance.

Real life

Kurth Ren is an architect with a bachelors degree. He is known for designing toilets.
