Khumatari Holdings was founded in March 2006 as a merger of Ushra'Khan member corporations and pilots, including the Friggin' Masters, to form a corporation dedicated to the construction of one of the earliest Capsuleer-built Outposts.

Unity Station was to be the Ushra'Khan's first Outpost and the second to be raised in the Providence region.

Khumatari Holdings closed in January 2008 following the rise of 'Amarrian Providence' and the loss of Ushra'Khan holdings in Providence. With its membership feeling that the identity no longer bore relevance in a post-Providence Ushra'Khan, Khumatari Holdings underwent a further merger with the Yitoul Fighters and other pilots to found the corporation known as Sarz'na Khumatari.
