PRE-DOMINION-
Doomsday devices are capable of wiping out an entire fleet in one big earth shattering explosion. They can take out all but the most heavily tanked battleship, allowing for friendly ships to come on grid afterwards for easy mop up.
POST-DOMINION
The titans doomsday was changed in Dominion so that is no longer just huge overpowered smartbomb. It is now targetted single-target weapon. To accomodate for this obvious lack in the fleet killing capability, it is now powerful enough to nearly takedown a mothership or any other capital ship in one shot.
