Corporation historyI.BS. was created as a last pocket of resistance in the Caldari militia after Gavins great miltia robbery. Fighting outnumbered we deployed very succesfuly tactics of roaming wolfpack of smaller ships and in 3 months of existence we became No.1 killing caldari militia corp. We also specialized in high sec raids and caused several major losses to gallente despite being totally outnumbered to Galente blob. As a major force in miltia we were also forming member of the Caldari defence initiative. Corporation presenceCorporation is now fully established in the Caldari militia (for nearly 8 months No. killing corp) outclassing other corps (with exception of the Draketrain). We are able to deploy any sort of operations including cap deployment. Mindset/visionMessage from the CEO Gents even in my best dreams I did not excpect such a stellar rise of the Basterds. We are now trully the leading power of the militia and we have the numbers to make corp ops which inspire others. I am just the busdriver who did not surrender when others left - all fame belongs to you guys. As we grow bigger on numbers and kills I would like to make some vision points. We worked on them with the directors and this is the first wave of information – soon you will receive more goal oriented description as we will cascade each power/vision in more details. Please read them as they will form our activities in next year. Powers (visions): Power of the state This corp is FW corp. One day this war might be over, but so far we are fighting for the Caldari state and I there are no big plans to change it. We will also stay 90 percent pvp time in low sec as it gives so far most fun. Even if one day will raise the presure to move to other battlefields (nullsec, other militia etc.) i would like to do it way of some alt corp, rather then leaving the current area of operations. Power of the freedom We play EVE for fun. We all have famillies and most of us also EVE hating girlfriends and wives . No activity is forbiden if it follows our very free code of conduct. I like straightforward pvp, I like plexing, I like wh isk grinding etc. Be open to other corpmates if they want to do something else then you. This is one of our strenghs because we feel good in corp. Corp will not give you too much directly for free, but we will create tons of oportunities for corp members. Power of the unity (self sufficiency) Role of the corp is to create background,structure and oportunities for the corpmembers. Also it should create self suficient space for the people so they can do things inside corp and they can take things from the corp. We are all mature people here and there have to be common sense when it is neccesary to help the corp and throw away personal needs (it is harder then to make strict rules, but it is the way I like). This will require also building some hard infrastructure in space, which will give us also some things to take care of, but we allways have to be careful not to become carebears Power of the flexibility We would like to have corp which can do any sort of op efectively and on pro level (from frig wolfpacks to cov op gangs to RR BS gangs). People should train skills to support any of possible activity (from shuttle to carrier ). We should be able to train most of such activities together. We have the numbers now, but to support various activities we still need to have some more. Numbers are giving us options to create fleets, to run special ops. It is not necessary to double the numbers now - we have to stabilize what we have and then grow a bit more. Power of the openess I allways have in mind my noob days, when I was loosing ships like hell till some older guys gave me some tips (yeah i have some of these passive tank drake too), till I joined 22nd BRDU and make first solokill in fw. It was hard and it was tough. Despite the fact Pervs are big inspiration to me, I dont want to be so elitist corp. People joining have to be good to some standarts, but there is no need to be completely closed to the militia. We should be the leading corp which also share basic knowledge with the less experience people. No matter how low is now the standarts of some people in militia be patient and nice to them - they are just noobs with guns - do not conservate them, cultivate them.
