When using multiple tabs, occasionally the browser will appear to flicker between tabs.

Evelopedia has some broken CSS

The CSS used in Evelopedia does not display correctly in the new version of the IGB.

Viewed links do not change colour

At the moment, links which have been viewed already do not change colour.

Pages designed for the old IGB will not work

Some pages designed for the old IGB may not work, or may work with limited success. A compatibility mode may be implemented in the future, which should allow these sites to function properly.

EVElopedia doesn't display in IGB

At the moment, all content of the EVElopedia page is rendered into the window without scroll bars. That makes it unreadable.

Other Issues

Generic error when navigating to websites

The EVE browser runs in a separate process to the EVE client, and as such you will need to configure your firewall to allow ccpbrowser.exe access to the internet. If this is not configured correctly, you may recieve a generic error code in the browser when navigating to sites.

All plugins have been disabled

For security and compatibility reasons, all plugins have been disabled. In future versions of the browser, Flash may be reenabled.

No username/password prompt window

There is currently no username/password prompt when attempting to access a private page. It is possible to work arround this by entering the username/password into the URL bar as http://username:password@url.com/ - but this may pose a security risk.

Only one browser window can be open

Only one instance of the browser can be open at a time, and clicking again on the browser button from the Neocom bar takes the browser back to the homepage.

No file transfering

Currently it is not possible to upload or download files from within the browser. This may be included in the future, however.

1630 character limit on URL lenght

Currently there is a character limit of 1630 on the URL bar.

Forward and back buttons are not disabled when there is no forward/back history

This is a known issue, however the forward and back buttons should work fine.

Javascript window-opening functions (popups) are disabled

Javascript window-opening functions (ie the ones used to open popup windows) are disabled.
