Mission Description
| The Scope picked up on the destruction of a certain Minmatar relief convoy, alright, but the story suggested that the whole thing was a military accident. An accident! How dangerous did that convoy look for you?!
Well, anyway, now the public has the idea that the Amarr are just a bit incompetent, that their destruction of a relief convoy was merely overzealous rather than malicious. So now we need to show people how dangerous Amarrian incompetence can be.
I need you to take this... er, well, the item I'm about to give you... to Station. Leave it in your hanger there, and my contact will see that it makes its way into... well, where it needs to go. The less you know, maybe, the better?
