The Gjallarhorn doomsday device launches a barrage of missiles at its target, obliterating almost any ship in targets. Only the strongest capitals and super capitals can survive the barrage. Even carriers can find themselves annihilated in a single strike.
Fitting
Gjallarhorn is the Minmatar Doomsday Device, and can only be equipped to the Ragnarok class Titan. Each Titan has its own respective Doomsday Device.
Meaning
In Norse mythology, the Gjallarhorn is used by the gatekeeper God Heimdallr to announce Ragnarök. Ragnarök is a series of events that ends in the world being submerged in water and reborn anew. The Gjallarhorn can also refer to the drinking horn used by the God Mímir to drink from his namesake well.
