Note that, like a number of NPC corps, the Neocom entry for the Federation Navy is somewhat out of date; Eturrer was ousted and eventually executed for his complicity in selling information to The Broker, which eventually reached Caldari hands and assisted in the retaking of Caldari Prime. Anteson Ranchel is now the "CEO" of the Navy.
