What do I do if I want to split the mission rewards with my fleet mates?

Mission owners have the option, when completing a mission, to share the rewards with members of their fleet.

When you talk to your agent to complete the mission, you are presented with two options: Share the rewards with your fleet, or keep everything yourself.

If you select the option to share the rewards, the following takes place:

• ISK rewards (mission payout and time bonus) are divided equally between everyone who is in your gang.
• LP rewards are divided equally between everyone who is in your gang.
• CORP standing increases are divided equally between everyone who is in your gang.

Item rewards are still given to the person who accepted the mission (the mission owner). The same applies for any penalties for failing the mission, they will not be shared with the fleet.

Warning: Faction standing increases for storyline missions are NOT split between players. They only go to the mission owner.

One small point - the fleet can be any where in EVE when the mission is turned in, so money can be made from people with low standing.
