Faulty copy of the game

Faulty copy of EVE (i.e. CD-Key missing)?

If you believe that your copy of the game is in some way faulty, you can return the box to the retailer and receive another one. That is the quickest and best way to go about it.

If you can not return the game, contact us with the cd-key inside the box, a picture of the game box, cd-key and a receipt from the store and we will look into this for you.
