This device will mimic Rahsa's personal frequency. Just plug it in to a broadcast tower and you've got yourself an escapee Rahsa. Or the next best thing.

There's the perfect braodcast tower in Shaha. Place the homemade Sansha beacon in the tower, and then wait to see if "rescue" arrives. Then blow them out of the sky.
