In EVE corporate law as adminstered by Concord, the Executor is the individual responsible to both administer and represent the interests of the shareholders. According to basic corporate structure, the executor has ultimate authority and the ability to make unilateral decisions analogous to a formal dictatorship.

In more complex corporate structures, the duties and rights of the executor are often shared amongst a body of corporate directors. Should the interests of the shareholder and corporate directorship diverge to an untenable point, the shareholders may elect a new executor from the membership by representative vote.
