Evanda Char is a 26-year old Sebiestor woman from Ryddinjorn.

Evanda, known as Eva to her friends, graduated from Pator Tech School in Ryddinjorn on 28th October 107 with a degree in Engineering.

Early in her career as a pod pilot, she joined the Kith Somtaaw corporation. When she became dissatisfied with the corporation's lack of direction, she left with several others, intending to form a new corporation.

On 30th June 108, Evanda and former corp-mates Kerin Melak and Samdi Bren founded Re-Awakened Technologies Inc. Within weeks of the corporation opening its doors, it joined the Electus Matari alliance and Evanda became alliance Treasurer.

In early 109, Evanda was married to Meklon, the executor of the alliance. The two worked together extensively in the struggle to bring the alliance back to its original role within the Minmatar Republic and to regrow its numbers. After the wedding, Meklon disappeared for several months, during which time Evanda succeeded him as alliance Executor. Their divorce was finalized in early 110.

In 111, Evanda stepped down as executor for Electus Matari, to be succeeded by her former lover, Rocius, who was in turn succeeded by her subsequent paramour, KillJoy Tseng. This led to a half-jesting rumour that only her lovers could run the alliance.

Both personally and through her corporate work, Ms Char continues to pursue a goal stated early in her career to advance the technology of the Republic, enabling a better quality of life for its citizens and pushing the nation into a more equitable position with regard to the other CONCORD Inner Circle Nations. In 110, she published an interim paper on Vitoc research that was noted as invaluable in the field, while the following year she presented a paper at the Seylinn Conference demonstrating the potential danger of "hijacked consciousness." In early 112, Evanda stood as Minmatar Chair at The Summit's Strategic Conference on the Sansha's Nation incursions.

On 113.03.11 Evanda announced her decision to appoint Ciarente Roth Ciarente Roth as C.E.O. of Re-Awakened Technologies Inc.
