What is the Eve Online Store?
At the Eve Online Store you can buy amazingly cool items of clothing, such as t-shirts, hats and hooded sweatshirts. All these items either bear the EVE Online logo, or the logo of popular in game factions such as the Guristas pirates.

How do I contact the EVE Store regarding my order issue?

If your EVE store order has not arrived on time or you did not get the items you ordered, please contact the store manager directly for assistance.

The store manager's e-mail address is store@eve-online.com and all EVE Store related questions should be filed there and not through the petition system like all other customer related issues and questions. When contacting the store manager, please be sure to send your order ID so that the manager can look up your order and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
