EC-P8R is a key system to the Northern 0.0 regions of the EVE. Connecting north with the empire system of Torrinos it is usually camped at all times and is the site of daily attacks.
Many alliances such as TRI, Bob, ISS and IRON have held the system, its station and the so called Northern Corridor. Currently it's held by NC friendly forces.
The system is one of the few systems to have a nonstandard description: "Get the pod, get the pod!"
