Historical Summary

Awakened Nation Loyalities

It is difficult to pin point exactly when Drake Arson became infatuated with the Nation's ideology. His late arrival to the galactic scene, in comparison to other Nation sympathizers, would suggest his involvement came at a later date. CONCORD's data collection efforts reveal he was involved longer than initially suspected, however.

No conclusive evidence or reasoning to his logic has been uncovered. While his local communications often espouse the propaganda typical of Nation sympathizers, whether or not he truly believes in it was uncertain. Under the light of his later joining with the Nation, however, it is reasonable to expect he does.

Incursion

Not long after the Nation began its planetary abductions, Drake Arson was spotted flying in assistance of the Nation alongside other sympathizers. Unlike his cohorts, Drake Arson often had a reserved presence in local - crooning their slogans, but otherwise refraining from communication. As part of its mission to halt these unlawful incursions into Empire space, CONCORD tracked the Nation and its loyalist insurgents keenly.

Drake Arson was initially tagged as a low level operative aligned with the Nation's interests. As Capsuleer data began to arrive from anti-Nation forces, it became apparent he was much more. In contrast to the spokespersons and public personas heralding the Nation, Drake Arson maintained a low profile. What was thought to have been a passivity for the public turned out to have been a disguise for his espionage.

Capsuleer data indicated Drake Arson practiced an unsubtle type of intelligence warfare upon anti-Nation forces. Through exploitation of unaware pilots, sleeping sympathizers, and inherent security flaws, Drake Arson repeatedly intruded upon anti-Nation Capsuleer organizations. CONCORD's own investigations, once this was learned, verified his involvement in numerous compromises within anti-Nation forces.

Drake Arson maintained this attack pattern on Capsuleer forces throughout the Nation's abductions. His single minded focus on Capsuleer forces is indicative the Nation considered them the greater threat, as nothing bearing his mark was found on non-Capsuleers. Among his numerous recorded intrusions, it is thought he played a significant role in the Maut Incident.

Personal Characteristics

Citizen Arson

A few months after Sansha's Nation began full-scale Incursions into civilized space, Drake Arson was seen joining Nation in proper.

A military attack against Capsuleers under the command of Citizen Astur deviated from protocol when Citizen Astur began inquiring if Drake Arson was prepared. Eye witness reports and local communication logs go on to detail that Citizen Astur wished for Drake Arson to show the world his willingness to be with Nation. Capsuleer combatants on the field later reported that they had seen Drake Arson, of Rediciously Awesome Winged Reptiles, enter through a Nation wormhole - an occurrence that has never been seen before.

Shortly after passing through, a new Nation supercapital pilot emerged from the wormhole. Named as Citizen Arson, visual identification and communiques from the pilot confirmed him as Drake Arson, returned as one of Sansha Kuvakei's True Citizens. Citizen Arson went on to fight Capsuleers directly in a Hel-class supercapital, falling in battle to them twice. No biomass belonging to Citizen Arson was recovered from this battle, unfortunately preventing DNA testing.

Threat Assessment

While his impact is not directly discernible to the casual observer, Drake Arson's influence upon anti-Nation forces is noteworthy. His repeated intrusions, espionage, and counter-intelligence efforts are believed to have increased the Nation's offensive capabilities against Capsuleers. His beguiling geniality, while useless against seasoned anti-Nation Capsuleers, often temporarily won over younger pilots to his aims.

This proficiency, in combination with his combat experience, lends him a threatening position on the battlefield. For what reasons the Nation chose him to become one of Sansha's prestigious True Citizens is unknown, but all the same CONCORD recommends his immediate termination upon sight.
