Dawn of a new Empire [DOANE] was founded in May 2004 and has grown into a well established, respected, 0.0-based corporation within EVE. Currently we have over 200 pilots in our ranks and are welcoming additional pilots who can complement our dedicated and experienced team. We are always looking for combat oriented and industrial characters to strengthen our activities, both behind and beyond the battle lines.

Our home

DOANE is one of the founding members of The Initiative. Alliance. We have recently moved to the NPC region CURSE to go back to our roots and to be again a mobile PVP alliance , who can fight anyone and anywhere. We organize small and large scale roams wherever we want and where we want and are not committed to any space to defend.

Our activities

Roaming pvp is an important part of our activities and there are plenty hostiles to shoot nearby. Gangs form up daily: from cloaky bomber gangs and AHAC/ Sniperhacs Gangs to full fleets of Battleships, Dreads, Carriers, Supercarriers and Titans.

Our culture

Dawn of a new Empire is a very open and friendly corporation. If a certain project needs to be done, everyone helps out. If we organize a corp mining party, everyone pitches in. Team spirit is very important. Most members are very active and helpful, and the corporation extends that with both ship and skill cost reimbursements.

Our PVP wing

Players that specialize in combat of ranging scales and types. Pvp wing members should have a demonstrated history of combat activities and a well rounded knowledge of ingame combat mechanics. You are at least able to fly t2 fitted armor battleships, hacs, recons and stealthbombers.

Our industrial wing

Players that specialize in industry should know and understand the mechanics of production. Having the skills to fit and fly a Hulk goes without saying, as a mobile pvp alliance the industry wing is supporting the corp members with moving assets and keeping the market supplied so corp/alliance mates can get there ships and fittings in staging systems. DOANE partakes in all aspects of the industrial side of EVE: dabbling in invention, T2 production, blueprint research and logistics. That being said our indy players have teeth and most can fly HACs, Recons, Coverts, RR-BS, and some even T3 cruisers on at least one character and regularly join us in combat op.
