Cult of War is a PVP alliance. Recognized for their innovative, but loose PVP style. COW is well known throughout Eve.

History

2006-08-28 - COW formed.

2006 - COW sides with Foundati0n against Curse Alliance in the second war for the Great Wildlands.

IAC Impoc destroyed. Nathan Richardsson is stunned.

2006-12 - COW enters the Third Alliance Tournament. Though COW only makes it to the semi-finals, their quarter-finals battle against IAC is widely considered the highlight of the tournament due to COW destroying one of the last remaining Apocalypse Imperial Issue, fielded by Raem Civrie of IAC. Tournament commentators are stunned into silence. COW claim to have attempted to ransom the ship for 8 billion isk, but their ransom demand was apparently refused. KM

2007-02-26 - COW and Foundati0n successfully take control of the Great Wildlands. COW pioneers what will later be known as RR BS tactics with great success. RR-BS Video

2007 - COW joins former Curse Alliance corporation INFOD in the north, settling in Geminate to attack SmashKill.

2007 - The second week of operations in Geminate led to the capture of a SmashKill Outpost by COW. Soon after, SmashKill dissolves and INFOD move out of the area, leaving it to COW.

2007 - G00DFELLAS move into Geminate with COW.

2007 - The NC begins a campaign to remove COW and friends from Geminate. WI moves into the region as an NC renter.

2007 - The Great War occurs. The NC turn their attention to GBC.

2008 - The Great War ends. WI returns to Geminate with NC support and make short work of COW and friends. WI quickly take over the entire Geminate region and become permanent members of the NC.

2008-04 - COW disbanded.

2008-12-05 - COW reformed by former COW, Foundati0n, -V-, and other corporations from alliances that had been blue.

2009 - COW and GC take over Great Wildlands.

2009-10 - COW and GC take over Scalding Pass from RA.

2009-12 - COW, GC, and Atlas invade Geminate, taking moons from WI.

2010 - COW, GC, and Atlas make up one of the three fronts in the attack against the Northwest - NC and Goons. As a comeback, Goonswarm forces reinforce and destroy COW Supercapital POSes in Scalding Pass with the help of Imperian, leading a 100 man armour HAC gang. With the loss of a baby nyx and tiredness of Sov warfare, COW eventually disbands in June 2010.
