Combat Log

What is the combat log and how does it work?

The combat log is a tool for capsule pilots to keep track of their achievements and losses in combat in New Eden. You can access the combat log through your character sheet.

Kills/Losses

These two tabs will keep a log of all ship kills and losses for a pilot.

Settings

You can toggle the option to show your kills in a condensed form if you so wish. This will cause only the vital information on a kill or a loss to be displayed in your combat log.

Special note: If the final blow on a kill is inflicted by an NPC entity, the capsule pilot with the highest total damage to the target will receive the combat log update under their kills tab.

Corporation combat log

CEO's and directors of corporation can view kill log information for all capsule within their corporation. They can access this by opening up the corporation interface and check under the wars tab. There they can view all confirmed kills and confirmed losses for their corporation under the appropriate tabs. Losses of starbase structures as well as confirmed kills by a starbase belonging to the corporation will also be displayed here.

Please note that the corporation combat log may take up to 24 hours to update.

Copying kill/loss information

You can copy a kill or a loss by right clicking on a log entry and select open as mail or double click on an entry. This will open up a new window with the kill or loss details in text format which you can copy for use in other applications.
