Citadel Federal Marshal as a State organization offers Tactical Security for Mining Barges, non-armed ORE vessels and has upon occasion provided Intercept services for frigates and other Frieghter class vessels.

Citadel Federal Marshal, also known as 'The Citadel' began as humble as they come at the hands of a young scientist known then only as Selena Gomez. Her primary field of study was Planetology & Developmental Sciences; serving as an intern researcher at Ishukone Corporation in the Sela Constellation. With rumors abound of Border skirmishes; 'The Citadel' would take on a dual role as the future began to unfold.

Covert dealings & Private meetings between Citadel Federal Marshal & Ishukone Corporation would lead to private funding's from Modern Finances that would lead to massive supply contracts entering the Amarr Empire; which ultimately would lead to a beneficial relationship between 'The Citadel' & Khanid Innovation.

Historical records from the State War Academy do indicate that Secretary Gomez entered service as a commissioned officer; and while yet assigned to the Psychological Warfare Division, was also completing her Ph.D Psych.. Further records from Caldari State also seem to imply dealings between Secretary_Selena_Gomez_(Character) & members of the Caldari Business Tribunal, which would imply that this is where the core of Citadel Federal Marshal began. Any further attempts to gather or trace records on the above events have been blocked by Executive Orders from Internal Security.
