Structure

• Colonel

The senior captain of Cell which all are sworn to observe his personal authority.

• Chiefs of Staff

Consists of four most loyal and trusted members of Cell. They are the primary advisor of the Colonel for Programs and Resources, Personnel, Plans and Operations. They have access to Cell's assets and funds. Eligible non-commissioned members run for this position and qualified members get to vote for them. Election is conducted every six months.

Non-Commissioned Ranks

Cell recognizes the loyalty, experience and ability of its members in combat while serving in the Amarr Empire militia. Members are evaluated every four months of their service and are given decorations according to their Total Points in the Cell Killboard.

• Group Captain

The most senior non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Major.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 7,000 and above."

• Major

A senior non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Captain and immediately below Group Captain.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 6,000 to 6,999."

• Captain

A senior non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Lieutenant and immediately below Major.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 5,000 to 5,999."

• Lieutenant

A non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Pilot Officer and immediately below Captain.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 4,000 to 4,999."

• Pilot Officer

A non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Sergeant and immediately below Lieutenant.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 3,000 to 3,999."

• Sergeant

A junior non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Corporal and immediately below Pilot Officer.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 2,000 to 2,999."

• Corporal

A junior non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks above Private and immediately below Sergeant.

"Awarded for outstanding achievement or meritorious service. Total Kill Points: 1,000 to 1,999."

• Private

The lowest non-commissioned rank in Cell. It ranks immediately below the Corporal.
