In any case, these people are smuggling illegal drugs into the Republic and profiting as they ruin other people's lives - and it needs to be dealt with.
Make your way to the narcotics warehouse, pilot's name. Be ready for a fight, too; our scouts reported some hostiles on patrol. Once you find the warehouse, destroy it and get out of there safely: There'll be more for you to do after.
