Mission Description
Well it appears the stargate you investigated last mission was only put up to attract our attention. After you left the area, our cleanup crew found a message from Steon: Apparently he wants to meet you in person, with no back up, at a small repair outpost in a nearby system. I know I said it earlier, but he murdered my friend Emmalkard Siletteli, and I owe it to Emmalkard's memory to follow this through; I want you to go out there. You don't have to kill the man, but I'd appreciate if you at least talked to him and found out what this is all about.
If you're willing to take the mission, I can provide you with a Civilian Explosion Dampening field. It's not much, but it will improve your shield resistance against Explosive Damage, which is primarily what Angel Cartel vessels dish out.
