Cancelling an account

How do I cancel my account?

In order to cancel your account, please do the following:

1. Go to the Account Management section of our official web site.
2. Log in and click on the "cancel subscription" link and follow the instructions given.

Once you have done this, we will stop billing you after the current billing cycle completes.

For how long are accounts stored on the server after they have been cancelled?

Your characters and all their equipment and skills are preserved on our server for at least six months from the day your account's subscription period ends.
