In addition to using the already-donated ISK for funding acquisitions, I will welcome the donation of artifacts themselves. My fear however is that by inviting them, I will end up with contracts for the same items. There are a few things about the State I will never leave behind, and one is the lesson that through unity we can achieve greater efficiency. Try to coordinate amongst yourselves when contributing artifacts. Better we train ourselves away from needless overextension now, before the stakes are raised.

Pr Tukoss, please tell us if more materials are needed. I have a few spares that I could provide you with.

I can also offer you packs of datacores that would be useful for further study of this material, as well as the help of about 20 good scientists, who assisted me regularly in unraveling the secrets of sleeper artifacts.

Because giving more would probably jeopardize my research, you will understand that I will wait a bit more to see how this projects turns out.
