In addition to using the already-donated ISK for funding acquisitions, I will welcome the donation of artifacts themselves. My fear however is that by inviting them, I will end up with contracts for the same items. There are a few things about the State I will never leave behind, and one is the lesson that through unity we can achieve greater efficiency. Try to coordinate amongst yourselves when contributing artifacts. Better we train ourselves away from needless overextension now, before the stakes are raised.
