| After discussing possible structuring options with numerous contributors, the following proposals have been conceived and seen as crucial additions.
An Acquisition division would suppliment researchers' efforts to acquire artifacts, explore Sleeper and Talocan ruins, and neutralize ancient defenses. They would also provide a logistical role and maintain supply lines between divisions and individuals, a necessary consideration for the decentralized architecture that capsuleer nature imposes.
A dedicated Security division would provide much-needed protection from the pettier and more bloodthirsty capsuleers seeking reprise on the project's contributors. It would also further reinforce research divisions alongside Acquisitions if necessary. Most other contributors will be expected to answer any Call to Arms from Security in the event of a large-scale conflict. Protection for Dr. Tukoss has been suggested, but he has given me the impression that such is the realm of Eifyr & Co. and the santuary they have provided him.
Beyond that, structure needs to be applied to the divisions and their composition. First and foremost, each division should be appointed a lead to direct flow and manage the rest of the team to maximize efficiency and minimize redundancy, as well as organize excursions and collaborate with other divisions.
A paid staffer should be provided to each division to aid in organization, and establish and maintain the division's knowledge base.
The project is leaving its brainstorming phase, and our research needs clear and concise teams, as well as purpose and force to advance us.
For those not present for the initial discussion, I call for your criticism and review to further refine these concepts into their most efficient form.

| I'm glad to see that my early suggestion for an applied Security division for W-Space was also held by others of our community.
If I may digress however, that even if they are not part of our contributing group, or even be aware of it, for many capsuleers, Wormhole space poses a very enticing siren's lure of riches. Such was the way when I encountered my first Wormhole in Scheenins system, and such was the delight of the members of Australasian Mining Co when I scanned down and lead them to their first W-Space asteroid belt, and finally such was my dismay when my surveying frigate was destroyed by the afformentioned 'bloodthirsty capsuleers' in Vanneth's proposal.
Realizing that our orginization has much to gain from the assistance, gratitude, and exposure generated from these 'unaffiliated' capsuleers, I would like to make a suggestion to Vanneth's earlier Security division proposal for consideration. A sub-categorization of the Security division between "Hard" and 'Soft' functions. Hard would be directly applied sorties into W-space in support of our orginization's pilots in furthering our goals as outlined by Vanneth, while Soft would be a strategic 'goodwill' fleet of sorts, patrolling W-space to protect the Wormhole entrances/exits, and assisting scavengers, miners, and other industrial function 'unaffiliated' capsuleers in protection from 'rats' and opportunistic capsuleers. Through this, hopefully we can interest them in the Arek'jaalan project (for example, specifically the miners for donations into Gehen Sealbreaker's Astrophysics proposal) and attract even more pilots who (like myself) would benifit from and enjoy a more 'stable' wormhole experience.
Humbly yours,
