Anshar Incorporated are a small, low-security based capsuleer corporation with strong Serpentis ties. The corporation have assets and offices around Placid, Essence and Verge Vendor. They are also the majority shareholder of Arcadia News Networks. There has been some controversy surrounding the reputability of ANN since the takeover.

Anshar Incorporated were recorded running what can only be described as 'training operations' with several capsuleer subsidiaries of the Angel Cartel in Amarr space, specifically Fua and southern Kador. Relations between these groups were later reported to have broken down^[1]

Following the end of their training operations, ANSH then opened several offices around Placid in response to an announcement from Ishukone-related groups pledging a crackdown on crime in the region.^[2] Anshar Incorporated proceeded to wage an indirect conflict against Ishukone and their allies in the region for several months with mixed success, before suddenly ceasing active operations.

More recently, ANSH corporation members have been spotted in Serpents Coil. No official comment has been made.
