Overview

ΛCS is for the most people the first point of contact with the bureaucratic apparatus of the empire. It handles almost everything, from issue a pilot's licence to entry in the land register. Even petitioning to the Empress is over the Amarr Civil Servies possible; of course all letters get verified in the ΛCS, and then filtered by the Chamberlain. It even helps indirectly Nefantar and former slaves by their lawsuits against Urban Management.
