Add faction, deadspace and officer icons (CSM)

Summary

Officer, deadspace or faction modules currently do not have any different icons than their Tech 1 variants. Meanwhile, T2 and T3 items get a little icon indicating their increased quality.

Solution

Add officer, deadspace and faction tags to module icons.
