ACT YC110 September:Major Battles in Tribute for Three Consecutive Days

A series of attacks by Band of Brothers and allies in Tribute heralded the beginning of a major period of campaigning in the region by BOB/GBC forces and powers friendly to them as part of the overall 'MAX' campaign. Morsus Mihi holdings in Tribute came under major attack on 110.09.09 in both 15W-GC and D7-ZAC. Band of Brothers deployed a large fleet to 15W-GC including an Avatar-class titan, defending power Morsus Mihi responded by deploying a Ragnarok-class titan while their ally RAZOR deployed an Erebus-class titan. Losses on all sides were heavy with defending forces losing 255 ships and capsules, while the attackers lost 330 ships and capsules. The titans destroyed 92 ships between them, though the bulk of these were 54 ships destroyed by the RAZOR Erebus. A BOB carrier was lost but no other capitals are verified as being destroyed. Major entities fighting alongside BOB included Axiom Alliance, Executive Outcomes and Southern Cross Alliance. RAZOR and Majesta Empire provided the bulk of the allied support for Morsus Mihi. In D7-ZAC, heavier capital-to-capital warfare together with significant subcapital fighting took place as BOB and allies attacked there on the same day. A total of 6 carriers and 5 dreadnoughts were destroyed on the attacking side with the defenders losing 1 carrier. However, overall losses for defenders were very heavy with them losing almost 300 ships and vessels in total, compared to almost 120 losses for the attackers. Further attacks took place in 15W-GC the next day and in M-OEE8 the day after. Although the defenders lost a carrier in 15W-GC on 110.09.20, the balance of losses were heavily against the attackers with approximately 300 losses accounted to the attackers out of some 400 ships and capsules lost in the entire engagement. In M-OEE8, attacking forces also lost almost 300 vessels while defending forces lost less than 100. CONCORD analysts would note that the picture in M-OEE8 is however confused somewhat by its position as an entry point to the empire region of Lonetrek and a high number of non-alliance vessels lost in that day, likely a result of traffic intercepted by one or other of the parties active in the system that day.
