In a move possibly intended to take advantage of BOB's focus on Tribute, Tau Ceti Federation launched an attack on the key conquerable station system of ZLZ-1Z in Vale of the Silent region. An engagement on 110.10.03 appears to have given TCF the upper-hand and the system dropped from BOB sovereignty level 2 to no overall control on 110.10.04. Subsequent capital battles on 110.10.07 and 110.10.08 in which over 40 dreadnoughts were lost in total did not halt the TCF in their progress to securing sovereignty over the system and establishing control over the conquerable factory station.
