Beginning as an assault on an ATLAS alliance moon-mining starbase orbiting a valuable Promethium-bearing moon by the 0utbreak and Invicta. corporations, the engagement in Sahtogas quickly escalated when an ATLAS response force including a reported 28 dreadnoughts and 13 carriers jumped into system as the starbase reinforcement shields came down. Evidently anticipating this, a counter-force of Ev0ke alliance capitals jumped in raising the total attacking capital force to a reported 20 dreadnoughts and 25 carriers. DED statistics show that the ATLAS defenders lost 12 dreadnoughts in the ensuing capital battle, while inflicting combined losses of 7 carriers and 19 dreadnoughts on the attacking forces. ATLAS alliance held the field and successfully defended their starbase.
