| Notable for the presence of two rare-element Promethium-bearing moons, YVBE-E came within the sphere of influence of Pandemic Legion in July YC110, briefly held as their sovereign territory before reverting to no control. Following these battleship engagements, sovereignty was reasserted by PL and secured to level 3 by 110.09.09. No outpost was present in the system at the time.

An attack by combined forces of The Requiem, Un-Natural Selection, Cosmic Anomalies and Atrum Tempestas Foedus against a Pandemic Legion starbase appears to have triggered major engagements between this coalition and Pandemic Legion and its allies in the Sons of Tangra and Elitist Cowards alliances. The first assault was a defeat for the assaulting forces as a superior defence force was able to field a larger capital force and inflict heavier losses on the enemy battleship group while reportedly picking off two attacking dreadnoughts. A second attack on 110.08.05 went little better for the attackers and peripheral engagements in the nearby outpost system of PNQY-Y, held by RQM, may have successfully disrupted the logistics of the attackers. Ultimately, Pandemic Legion maintained its grip on YVBE-E, going on to secure lasting sovereignty later in the month.
