1st Steps Academy (Player corporation)
HistoryMore than 3 years ago, 1SA started as a new player training corporation. It's CEO only had 10 million ISK in his wallet and his biggest ship was an Exequror. As 1SA grew in popularity, it received more and more war declarations and where forced to move to a quieter place. The place they chose was the NRDSI 0.0 region of Providence, which turned out to be a safer place to live then hisec at the time. It was in Providence where 1SA formed Tread alliance together with a couple of other friendly corporations and where the corporation prospered. 1SA mainly helped the Providence holders keep the region pirate free and did the occasional roam into red territory. The better part of Tread Alliance's Fleet Commanders was provided by 1SA in the end. Eventually, when Providence was falling, people within the leadership of Tread Alliance kept opposing every single idea and decision up to a point where the alliance's progress stagnated too much. The recently appointed president of Tread alliance, Ivan Zhuk, decided to disband the alliance. There where plenty of options for 1SA at this point, but the least desirable ones all had to do with staying in Providence which was almost completely run over by the Southern Coalition. When Fidelas Constans Alliance (FCON), which was moving up north to Pure Blind region to live there under the flag of the Northern Coalition, offered 1SA a position within their alliance they accepted. 1SA has been living within Pure Blind ever since and aims to eventually become the #1 training corporation for FCON. Goals1SA likes to think of itself as a corporation that "picks up where E-UNI leaves off". In essence this means that whereas EVE University teaches people the rest of the basic things that the tutorial doesn't cover and a bit beyond that, 1SA teaches people how to live, survive and have fun in 0.0 space. After 1SA students think they've learned all they can from the corporation, they are allowed to stick around as regular members or instructors. Requirements and benefitsRequirements: • Be willing to live in 0.0 space; Benefits: • Regular classes in all of the many different directions such as heavy industry, all types of fleet and solo PVP, corporate administration, fleet command and more; Top Contributors For This Page |
